Therapy Rooms to Rent 

If you are a therapist looking to start your own practice or work for yourself, we have several offices and therapy rooms for rent. Work with like minded health care professionals in managed rooms in the growth corridor of the Gold Coast. The therapy rooms can be used by Psychologists, Mental Health Accredited Social Workers, Allied Health Professionals, Dietician, etc. The offices are situated in a new, well maintained, and professional building, with nearby coffee shop.

The room rental costs cover your use of the room, use of the client waiting room, therapy room furnishings, professional cleaning, air conditioning, electricity, and internet. There is a kitchenette and related facilities in the offices for your use. The building is secure with nearby parking available. Soundproofing has been professionally installed to ensure privacy for you and your clients. 

The therapy rooms for rent are available for 1 or more days per week, with reduced fees for 3 or more days per week. Room rental agreements typically vary from 6 to 12 months. Room availability varies, so please get in touch to discuss your needs - admin@mhmpsychology.com.au.
